The mission of RUN is to encourage and support a love of life-long running for competitive and recreational runners of all ages and stages, and to guarantee that no runner left behind.
A brief history of our group

Runners Unlimited Network's (RUN) history dates to 1987 when Fit City, later know as Big Miles Training (BMT), was formed by Dr. David Virtue. BMT encouraged we run together in groups, supporting all, no one was left behind. BMT declared itself in hiatus in 2004. RUN was established in May, 2004 in order to maintain valuable relationships and to encourage others to join a relaxed running group. The current groups consist of runners with a wide range of paces, distances and experience who will provide you with support and motivation whatever your running goal.
